Make or Buy, strategically smart decisions

The pressures of international competition are growing steadily. Low-wage countries with substantial production skills or specialist manufacturing expertise for specific products call for many companies to rethink their value creation strategies. Assumed core competencies need to be systematically analysed and undergo rigorous benchmarking. As a rule, near-/offshoring decisions are strategically significant.
